Since those days of Joe Rudi, Carney Lansford, Dan Ford, Jerry Remy, Tanana, Ryan, Baylor, Carew, Grich, Bonds, Mo Vaughn, Downing, Lynn, DeCinces, Sconiers, Aase, or Reggie Bars. Add in Lackey, K-Rod, Erstad, Percival, Spezio, and so many, many, more, we have been there for all of the good and not so good times.
Losing to the Orioles in 1979, or Cecil Cooper and Yount and the Brewers in 1982, or crying over Dave Henderson and the Red Sox, or the Disney experiment, or losing Scioscia, but still, every experience has been a valuable part of our lives, and we appreciate them all.
We support the team and hope for the best. We know that winning isn't always possible, but we don't go to the game hoping for a loss. We never had a chance to take the fan survey and we were so disappointed that we didn't get to take it. We know how popular they are.
And to Arte's credit, he did win a lot of playoff games from 2003 - 2014. He might have even won more playoff games and had a better record than Gene Autry overall. We were there to watch and felt like a part of the Angels family.
We came up with this T-shirt idea Winning Is A Priority with the hopes that everyone would show up to the stadium together with a message that they believe this team can win again. We support the players and the team and anyone who loves Angels Baseball.
